What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are T/T or L/C at sight. We require a 30% deposit in advance, with the balance paid before loading.
What is the warranty period for your products?
Our products come with a 5-year warranty. Replacement parts are provided free of charge with subsequent orders if needed.
