We provide 10 years for our stack battery based on room temperature 25ºC, 1C discharge, and 0.5C charge. The cycle life of the battery pack can exceed 6000 cycles.
What are the battery warranty conditions?
1. Resending new battery or refund within the first year if there is a non-repairable quality issue.
2. Providing free accessories from the 2nd to 5th years.
3. Providing lifelong remote technical support.
Are these battery packs compatible with my inverter?
Our battery pack is compatible with most brands on the market, including GOODWE, Solis, Growatt, Deye, SOFAR, SOROTEC, Voltronic Power, INVT, and SRNE.
